| Chinese Calendar | | Hello MyLotters! I am 4 months and 2 weeks pregnant as of the moment. Yesterday my co worker showed me her Chinese Calendar guide in determining the gender of unborn babies and it says that I will be havibg a baby boy. Both my husband and I are really hoping for a baby girl since we already have a boy who is now 6 years old. A girl will conplete our family (though a boy would be thesame blessing as long as he/she is healthy). Do you think the Chinese Calendar prediction will come out true? MY friend told me that mever once was it wrong in predicting the baby's gender. | |

| Do you think the Mayan calendar is for real? | | I am a web content writer and right now, my topic is on the events that are to take place in 2012. Many believe that the end of the world will be on the 21st of December, 2012 because it is the end of the Mayan Calendar. Proponents believe that evidences back up their claim that certain catastrophes will be experienced by mankind in that year. Do you believe that to be true? | | Just looking at the Calendar.... | | I have a countdown going... and it is 5 weeks until the first day of spring!![em]happy[/em]...I actually have been counting down since the 1st of January since I really hate winter....My son is in first grade, and I drive and pick him up from school and the weather here in the midwest is cold...we just got snow last week and that just depresses me and yet...I love living in Michigan!!![em]whistle[/em] I love spring, summer and fall.... and yep, I really hate winter!![em]rofl[/em]I cant wait to start start my garden and working in my back yard and we have so much work still to be done inside but we always start a new project around Memorial weekend....so I always look forward to that time because it means my house will be updated somehow --depending on the project we choose and can afford. | Do you have the habit of highlighting important events in the wall calendar? | | My father in law has the habit of highlighting all important events of the year, immediately he gets a new year calendar. He is 80+ now, but I have been watching him since years doing this, Moreover as we follow our religion calendar which does not match with the English Calendar dates, he does this(in the English Calendar) so that no event is forgotten. Even otherwise I have seen people making a note of milkman's due, fees to be paid, electricity bills due date and so many other things highlighted and marked in the calendar to avoid forgetting those dates and things to be done.

| | Mayan calendar | | Having just stumbled across it, I think it is fascinating. They don't have leap years, but they do have a day every year called the day out of time. It's kind of like new years for us. Every day has different meanings and birthdays have different meanings. So I guess it's kinda like astrology in a way. I've been thinking about adopting this calendar into my life. At first I thought it was gonna be very hard but their calendar is the same year after year and you can find images online of hybrid calendars so you can still keep track of your appointments. | Do you own a BIG 2010 Calendar Organizer? | | I want to know who's mylot member uses Calendar Organizer for year 2010? I mean the big calendar where you can write all your appointments, accomplishment in a day, reminders and anything you please to write like a happy or sad face. | | So..Which "Celebrity"'s Calendar would YOU not Buy?!:-) | | Today while out shopping,I remembered I wanted a bedside lamp,and as I was close to one of the "Pound Shops",decided to go in. I got the lamp (£3.99,if you're interested!) and while browsing,wondered what they had in the way of Calendars,as I hadn't been given any promotional ones this Year,and a planner type of one is useful..I got to the display they had,and it was a fairly limited selection..but there were a BUNCH of Cheryl Cole and "Girls Aloud" ones marked down to 69p! I still didn't buy... So..Which Celebrity's calendar wouldn't interest YOU,even at a bargain basement Price?! | |
