I workout daily and workout hard. I eat right (when people are watching) and encourage those around me to do the same, but when nobodies looking I am cramming the fattiest things in my body. Cake, Ice cream, snack cakes and anything else I can get my hands on. Sometimes I think it helps me to work out harder.
Is this wrong, I mean, come on, I am doing everything else that's right for my body. Why can't I indulge?
