| Do these negative elements scar you? | | Here are a few negative elements that you would not want to get in your life. Poor health,lack of intelligence, fear, lack of enthusiasm, poor personality, lack of self confidence. But we do get them whether we like them or not. These negative elements would certainly affect our lives adversely.Which of these negative elements do you think would affect your life most?
Suppose poor health is what you dread most that will be the first in your list and similarly place the other elements in the list as per your order of preference.Here is my list in order of preference.Poor health- This is the base, I would never like to get poor health-this tops my list
Fear- is the cause for all failures- so this comes 2nd in my list
Lack of intelligence- Intelligence means a lot to me
Poor personality
Lack of self confidence

| | The five Elements, Gross and Subtle(open) | | the gross physical universe is made up of the five great elementsthat is, ether,air,fire,water,earth.
ether,which is called space, is the first of the five elements it is all pervasive and very subtle. it does not have any specific attributes except sound. after that comes air.
air can be felt but it can not be seen. it has only 2 attributes, sound and touch. next is fire . fire can be seen . it is denser than air . it has 3 atributes namely sound,touch and form.
following fire there is water. water is still more dense, and like fire it can be seen by the naked eye it can also be tasted . water has 4 attributes,namely,sound touch, form and taste.
earth the last and densest of all the elements, has 5 attribute namely sound, touch, form. touch and smell.
you can see the last 3 elements,fire,water and earth, have form . the first two, ether and air have other qualities but no form.all things found in the physical world, are impermanent and subject of continuous change.

| | Mylot Task? Elements of periodic table? | | I got one task to write on elements of periodic table for 2000 words and the reward is a 32$ is is really amazing . I just want to know is it really a genuine one .. cause am going to spend my time to write a genuine content for 2000 words . does any have taken this task or any one has any idea about this? no form.all things found in the physical world, are impermanent and subject of continuous change.

let us inquire deeper into the nature of the nature of physical objects made up of these five elements. consider the various atom which exist in a given place and a given time.they will comprise various objects which appear there at that moment.
as the atoms move and change their position, the forms they make up also change.
the atoms in all the object undergo such rapid change in position, that it is hard to say when a particular change has taken place in an object.

| | antisocial elements are not born but made what do you think | | I think that antisocial elements are not born but are made.No one wants to be a antisocial element right from his childhood.I think the situations they are in and the problems they have faced make them hate the society or they are manipulated by someone saying that they are being deprieved of their rights.. I think terrorists are the people who have come from utter poverty and don't know what to do except join in that sect.And most of them are being manipulated under the cover of religion
If the living conditions of the poor are made better i think we can reduce these antisocial elements what do you say? | |
| | Elements in reading. | | A few people I have know enjoy scrutinizing and criticizing every part and sentence of a book. A few people yet enjoy reading a book thoroughly, rendering their book an odd and dirty maze full of pencil marks. Some just superficially go through the book and tend to only the plot. Many people also like to put themselves in the character's circumstances and they thus judge the characters emotions. I have also known many who just read a book just to show off. Such as some one who is reading 'Mein Kamf' without knowing about fascism. This is embarrassing when you get caught. lol. What are the major elements you see in a book while reading it? Do you see its plot, or background, or the circumstances of various characters? Or do you let yourself be carried away by the symphony of all the elements of the book. (I agree that it is much more fun in the later way). I also would appreciate you to discuss what aspect of your most favorite book do you like the most? The book I enjoyed the most is perhaps "Sherlock Holmes" by Sir Aurthur C. Doyle.
